Order Processing

Thank you for supporting Benny Metals! Every item is handcrafted with care right here in the USA.

Because many of our products are made to order, please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. During busy seasons or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. If that happens, we'll keep you informed.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

  • Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size and destination of your package.

  • Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Shipping Costs

Many of our products, including our Solar Pillars, include FREE shipping within the continental United States.

If shipping charges apply to your order, they will be calculated and displayed during checkout before your purchase is completed.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Typical delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days

  • Remote locations may require additional transit time.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We carefully package every order to help ensure it arrives safely.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the damaged item

We'll work with you to make it right as quickly as possible.

If your package appears to be lost, please contact us and we'll help investigate with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Benny Metals is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. If your order has not yet shipped, we'll gladly update the address.
